Theater Guidelines

Common Courtesy:

  • When waiting in line we ask you to first and foremost be kind and considerate to those in line with you.
  • Have your movie selected before making it to the entry door.
  • Have your payment or online ticket ready.
  • Have an idea and payment ready when you get to the concession counter.
  • Adjust seating arrangements to help accommodate guests as needed.
  • Children sometimes get dropped off (we're not a daycare) or come with their families, we love having all our guests but please be sure to have a talk with your child about decorum in a Movie Theater/ Business.
  • Phones should be left in the car, Off or at the absolute minimum silenced.
  • No conversations, face time, recording or apps.
  • No Running
  • No Fighting
  • No Yelling
  • Conversations or upset Children should immediately move to the hallway.
  • Please take disposables and drop in our receptacles placed around the theater.

Tickets

  • Tickets must be purchased at the front door (Gall Blvd. Side) unless purchased online.
  • Tickets may be checked at any time for any reason.
  • Valid ticket required for any reentry.
  • Shift Manager has full discretion when checking tickets to validate. Adults purchasing an online child ticket (3-11) could be charged the balance or denied entry.
  • There is no "Sneaking in", "my friend was gonna walk this way to buy a ticket"

Smoking Policy:

  • Acknowledge Cinema Property (From Gall to Wire) is non-smoking
  • This means absolutely no cigarettes, cigars, joints, vapes, any other smoking device or paraphernalia will be tolerated.

Outside food policy:

  • No outside food or beverage is permitted inside Zephyrhills Cinema 10.

Large Bags, Purses, Totes and Similar:

  • We ask that these be left locked in your car. If one of these items is necessary for your time with us we may ask for you to leave with our Shift Manager or allow it to be checked before moving ahead.

Alcohol Beverages: (Served to 21+ year old- carded Adults)

  • Are to be enjoyed from our Draft Tap, Poured from a glass bottle into and clear plastic cup or asked to be opened before walking from the counter if in a sealed can or plastic container. Infractions affiliated to or considered on par with these above may result in you and your party being escorted from the building with no refund, compensation or potential for return.
